Travis started his 4 year apprenticeship in 1994 and he has been in the building industry for over 22 years. Sarah & Travis are still in the industry with East Coast Carpentry working alongside clients such as Professionals, Raine & Horne, First National, Just Rentals, Roads & Maritime Services this has lead them down the track of building and pest inspections seeing firsthand what buyers and investors have fallen into. This building and maintenance experience has led them down the path of providing licensed/qualified and expert Pre Purchase building & pest inspections.
Be careful when choosing your building inspector this is the biggest investment of your life so make sure you are not buying a lemon. There are un- licensed and un-qualified inspectors out there don’t fall into the trap of using cheap inspectors that will cost you tens of thousands in the long run.
